HBAs Perfect Protein Pancakes.

hey friends ..how are you all doing? well Im being a good girl and sticking true to my new years resolutions, and here is my Perfect Protien Pancake recipe i promised you yesterday :)
This recipe is quick and easy.. give it a try :)



Ingredients
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 3/4 cups of light milk
  • 2 scoops of protien powder (i used musashi SLM)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons of self raising flour
you could also add fruit like berries if you desired

Instructions:


place all ingredients in a blender
blend until mixture is smooth

place on hot non stick pan...

 *these pancakes wont bubble like normal pancakes so you have to keep an eye on them untill they are cooked.
*makes 4 pancakes that are huge! could easily make 6 small ones.
