i got hit by the lolly monster at work!
i just cant help it they are weakness. So instead of going to the gym i came home for dinner first :)
i know i have already run today and dont usally make myself do 2 workouts in one day but im serious need of a strength training session. For years had back pain, and the only way to over come this is to strengthen my core and sholders..so its what is best for me..even though its something i dont want to do i will because i know i feel better afterwards :)
What motivates you to go to the gym when you dont feel like it?
