Green tea

I never really post what i drink on my blog, mostly becuase im just lazy, but if  did you would see heaps of this great stuff. I love green tea! Its also wonderfully good for you too...

Green tea is made from unfermented leaves and reportedly contains the highest concentration of powerful antioxidants called polyphenols. Green tea has the highest level on anti oxidants of all teas and has been proven to help many health conditions such as
