This recipe is quick and easy.. give it a try :)
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 3/4 cups of light milk
- 2 scoops of protien powder (i used musashi SLM)
- 2 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons of self raising flour
Instructions:
place all ingredients in a blender
blend until mixture is smooth
place on hot non stick pan...
*these pancakes wont bubble like normal pancakes so you have to keep an eye on them untill they are cooked.
*makes 4 pancakes that are huge! could easily make 6 small ones.
