Sushi with the rice and vegetables has a higher amount of carbohydrates, but adds fiber and vitamins. Not to mention its super yummy..
I have just started making my own sushi at home and it reletivily cheap quick and easy...you should give it a go...
Ingredients you need are
- rice wine
- seaweed wraps
- sushi rice
forgot to mention to pour the rice wine over the rice once its cooked. Let it cool, then spread over seaweed wrap
add fillings, i like tuna and avocado..i just used tuna out of a can the type in springwater
roll carefully (excuse horrible nails)
