Yesterday i promised to post my Banana blueberry smoothie recipe, so im staying true to my word and here it is folks!
Banana and Blueberry Smoothie
1/2 cup of natural yogurt
1/2 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup of blueberries
mix it all up in a blender and there you have it...super yum
today i also subbed the yogurt and the blueberries for 2 scoops of chocolate protien powder with an extra 1/2 cup of skim milk...also a great sucess and a wonderful recovery drink/afternoon snack after the gym..
