Free interval workout...becuase I LOVE YOU!

Hi friends hows your day going? Im doing just fine plotting along over here..I know this is 100000years late (ok more like hours) but remember this post? I didnt forget i promised you guys a interval workout for my favourite piece of equiptment at the gym.. what is it?! see here
