hi friends how are we all..? sorry i missed you all yesterday things have been difficult around here with my nan passing and all. I have also caught the flu, and have had a fever all day..cant say its a perfect start to the week, but considering both of these i think i am doing ok..
On a new topic though, today i ate 90% of my meals in my car! I know that might sound alittle sad but thats the sorta day i had.
woke up at 8 and it was either have breakfast while i drive or have to skip on making lunch then have to buy something later.. so breakfast was a choc banana protien shake with added chia seeds..
snacks today looked like this
peach, apple, seaweed crackers and rice cakes with hommas
lunch was a simple tuna salad.. with baby spinach and rocket, simple yet awsome!
i finished work at 7 tonight and had netball at 8.20 so there was just enough time to get a quick dinner in which was some potato salad, brocoli and green beans.
ive also been scoffing down vit c and echinacea, trying to fight my flu like symtoms.. so wish me luck
didnt get time to do any real exercise today, i only played netball today, which to be honest was all i felt like
anyway lovelies i have an early morning tomorrow so im off..
readers question: what are your tips for flu fighting? i need all the help i can get!
