how is your saturday going? To be honest mine has been pretty dull, after work today i felt 'off' and slept all afternoon, now im sleepy again and thinking of an early night. i guess its been a big week and routine hasnt really played a roll in it at all. im keen to get back into it all . i tend to overload myself and have too many late nights, but the one thing i think stuffed me up this week was not taking care to my body properly..not enough icing, stretching and cross training so in my few waking hours this afternoon i did an exel spreadsheet (im in love with spread sheets and lists..yes im that person)
i honestly believe failing to plan is planning to fail!
