free of injury: no.. unfortunately not, my back has flared up again and my calves a quite sore for no apparent reason..gosh my body is just not wanting to do this race, but i really really do.
So tomorrow the goal is to try my best run/walk/run /walk one 1km run 1km walk maybe i dont know, all depends on the how i feel.
